No. Glastonbury Festival tickets are not included with Camp Crossways accommodation, and Camp Crossways does not provide hospitality tickets. Please make sure you and every guest staying with you has secured a valid Glastonbury Festival ticket separately.

Yes. Camp Crossways provides a free shuttle between the campsite and Bronze Gate. The journey from the hotel car park to Bronze Gate takes around 3 minutes, and the shuttle is expected to run approximately every 15 minutes during operating times.

Camp Crossways is around 1.4 miles from Bronze Gate. A free shuttle runs directly from the campsite to Bronze Gate, helping guests get between the campsite and the festival. Once you enter the festival through Bronze Gate, allow extra time to reach your meeting point, stage or destination, especially when the site is busy.

Check-in times are published for the festival period and may vary by year. As a guide, check-in usually opens from midday on the Wednesday, with reception open daily during set hours through the festival weekend. Check-out is by 10am on the Monday. Final confirmed times should be checked before travelling.

Free parking is available onsite at the hotel. The car park is around 100 metres from the tents. For safety reasons, cars are not permitted in the campsite area or next to tents. The address is Crossways Hotel, North Wootton, BA4 4EU, and the what3words location is ///pulp.singers.polar.

Furnished tents include a camp bed with a 5cm self-inflating mattress and a wind-up lantern. Glamping packages for Bell Tents include a metal bed base with a 10cm mattress and bedding. Unfurnished tents do not include furnishings or bedding, so please bring your own.

Power is not generally provided with tents. Glamper options include a solar-powered unit with lighting inside the tent. Guests staying in tents can use phone charging points in the pamper room.

Yes. Camp Crossways provides plenty of hot showers and flushing toilets, and the facilities are cleaned regularly.

No. Dogs are not permitted onsite, as dogs are not allowed into Glastonbury Festival.

You may bring food for your own consumption inside your tent, but cooking equipment such as camping stoves, fridges and BBQs is not permitted. As Camp Crossways is a licensed premises, you cannot bring your own alcohol onsite. For the safety of guests and staff, glass bottles and glasses are also not permitted.

Yes. Camp Crossways accommodation is separate from Glastonbury Festival entry. Each person staying in your tent needs a valid Glastonbury general admission ticket, and you should follow all guidance from your festival ticket vendor.

No. Because Camp Crossways cannot re-let a tent for vacant nights during the festival, the booking price is the same whether you use all five nights or only part of the stay.

If you arrive by train, Glastonbury Festival usually provides a shuttle bus from Castle Cary station to the festival bus station at Red Gate. From there, you can continue your journey by bus or taxi. A taxi rank is approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the festival bus station, but taxis are in high demand during the festival, so pre-booking is strongly recommended. Please use BA4 4EU for taxi pick-ups and drop-offs, or what3words ///pulp.singers.polar. Camp Crossways is unable to provide a pick-up service from the train station or taxi contact numbers.

Yes. You and any guests who are arriving separately can arrive at different times, provided each person arrives during Camp Crossways reception opening hours. Final daily reception times should be checked before travelling.

Yes. Once you have checked in at reception, a member of the Camp Crossways crew can help with heavy luggage to your tent.

Camp Crossways offers different furnishing options. Unfurnished tents do not include furnishings or bedding, so guests should bring their own. Furnished tents include a camp bed with a 5cm self-inflating mattress. Glamping packages for Bell Tents include a  metal  bed with a mattress and bedding.

Bedding packs can include a towel per person, a blanket, a 13.5 tog duvet, one pillow per person, and luxury linen including a duvet cover, pillowcases and sheet. Bedding packs are standard and extremely limited onsite, so Camp Crossways is unable to offer extras or replacements. Please bring extra towels or pillows if required.

To lock your Bell Tent, please bring a small hand-luggage-size padlock to use with the zipper. Camp Crossways also recommends bringing a torch to help you find your tent at night.

The pamper parlour is set up with mirrors, hairdryers and straighteners, available on a first come, first served basis. You may also use your own hair styling equipment in the pamper room.

Yes. Inside the hotel there is a restaurant and two bar areas, including a terrace bar overlooking Glastonbury Tor.

No. Camp Crossways is a licensed premises, so guests cannot bring their own alcohol onsite.

No. For the safety of all guests and staff, glass bottles and glasses are not permitted onsite.

Yes. You may bring food onsite for your own consumption inside your tent. Cooking equipment such as camping stoves, fridges and BBQs is not permitted.

No. Travel kettles, mini fridges and similar appliances are not permitted. Where power is available, sockets are only suitable for charging mobile phones and similar small devices.

Yes, friends can visit the hotel area, but they will not be allowed into the campsite area unless they are staying at Camp Crossways.
