    Frequently Asked Questions

How do we access the festival?

Camp crossways is roughly 1.4 miles from bronze gate.

Once you have entered the festival via bronze gate it will take longer to reach your desired destination/meeting point/stage so do plan in advance for set times, crowds etc.

Do you provide shuttles to the festival?

I’m afraid we’re not permitted to transport guests across the festival car-park fields.

However, there is a bus stop right inside the hotel car park. It runs approximately every two hours and costs £4.50. It takes you to the glastonbury festival bus station.

    Do you provide festival tickets?

Festival tickets are not included nor do we provide hospitality tickets.

Please make sure you and all your guests have secured Glastonbury festival tickets.

I’m not planning to stay for 5 nights; can i book for less?

Because we cannot re-let the tent for vacant nights, I’m afraid not – it’s the same price no matter how many of the 5 nights you use it for.

Can we be positioned next to friends?

If you and your friends have booked with us and have the same style & size structure (eg. Bell tent, small camping), we should be able to position you next to each other.

Just make a note at the time of booking or let us know at least 30 days before the event.

You may choose from a variety of packages:

    • Bedding packs are standard and are extremely limited onsite therefore as we’re unable to offer any extras or replacements we recommend bringing extra towels or pillows if required.

I have booked a Bell tent, how do I lock it?

To lock your Bell tent, please bring a small (hand luggage size) padlock to use in the zipper, and we recommend bringing a torch to help find your tent at night.

Yes! You may bring your own camping chairs to use outside your tent. You can also hire chairs and a table when you book your tent.
